Just like you, I have goals or at least ideas of what I’d like my life to look like, but inevitably, a roadblock or challenge is bound to pop up along the journey. Being well mentally and physically is critical to living the life you want, so I set out to “crack the code” on that, so I could achieve my other goals.
I’m a voracious reader, and occasionally I’d stumble across a little piece of advice that would prove helpful, or uncover some scientific research that pointed to an answer. But a whole library full of books with post-it notes stuck to these tidbits is kinda…bulky.

So I set out to collect all the tips and tricks and hacks I could find into one resource that I could share with you. I call ’em Life Hacks (though some might say “biohacks”) because they’re all about finding ways to make they life you want to live a little easier to achieve.
