When the journey toward the life of your dreams seems impossible, what you need are some quality life hacks! That’s what this blog and community is all about. It’s about figuring out what you want for your life, identifying the roadblocks on your path, and finding simple science-based hacks to get around, over, or just eliminate those things that are holding you back.
Can you imagine what your life would look like if you were really, truly living well? I have days when that goal seems impossible! I am always searching for simple tips and tricks that will help me overcome the things that hold me back—in my case, it’s often depression. I'm not a doctor, but I am a wife, mother of two, and full-time employee with a stressful job. I know what it's like to be busy and feel overwhelmed. I know what it’s like to feel like just getting through the day is a struggle, let alone the idea of “living my best life.” I need some life hacks to make things easier!
